Dance-O-thon for Carolyn

Story

Dance-‘O’-thon for Ovarian Cancer is being held on October 25th at the Performing Arts Centre - Brighton Secondary College in East Brighton, Victoria.  The 8-hour dance marathon is a fun, physical community event raising awareness and funds for groundbreaking research in the treatment of Ovarian Cancer.  Proceeds of the event will go to Ovarian Cancer Australia to support the Australian Ovarian Cancer Study (AOCS). This inaugural event is being held in honour of the many women living with Ovarian Cancer and all who have been touched by this quiet, insidious disease.

Why are we getting our groove on and supporting Ovarian Cancer Australia?  As the event organisers, we have been directly touched by our friend, Carolyn, living with Ovarian Cancer.  Her love of life, family, friends and dance(!) inspired us to rally together  and support this worthy cause.

Please join us in dancing the ‘O’ away by sponsoring us to reach our fundraising target (100% will be donated to OCA).
And If you would like to join us on the day, register at trybooking.

Thanks so much for your support!
